Following is the slate for the MFM Board term beginning Oct. 1, 2026. Below are the MFM members that have been nominated for a three-year term as Director. Directors' terms run from October 1, 2026, to September 30, 2029.

Shane Johnson

Shane Johnson is a senior finance executive with more than 25 years of experience leading global accounting and financial teams within the media and entertainment industry. He currently serves as Senior Vice President at Warner Bros. Discovery, where he oversees global controllership functions for the company’s streaming and corporate segments. He is passionate about contributing to organizations that promote excellence, education, and collaboration in media finance. Throughout his tenure at Warner Bros. Discovery and its predecessor organizations, Shane has held a variety of senior leadership roles encompassing all aspects of accounting, international controllership, finance transformation, and shared services. He has played key roles in merger integration, global workforce initiatives, and financial systems conversions. He values integrity, collaboration, and disciplined execution in building high performing finance organizations. Shane is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Georgia and holds a Master of Accounting from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where he was a Morehead-Cain Scholar. Outside of work, Shane enjoys spending time with his family and dogs. 


Brendan Joosten

Brendan is RSM’s North American Media, Entertainment and Telecommunications Sector Leader overseeing the firms audit, tax and consulting practices that focus on the media, entertainment and telecommunications industries. Brendan has almost 20 years of experience providing auditing and financial advisory services to a variety of clients. His clients are primarily in the technology, media and telecommunications (TMT) industries, varying in maturity from early-stage companies raising their initial equity through large multi-national companies. He has also served in an audit advisory role to clients, consulting on an as needed basis on their revenue recognition (including implementation of Accounting Standards Codification (ASC) 606), equity and business combinations. He has extensive experience working with portfolio companies of private equity groups, assisting in business combinations and revenue recognition oriented due diligence matters on potential acquisition targets for these clients. Brendan is also an SEC client server with expertise in public and private offerings in addition to ICFR and financial statement audits, including 10-K and 10-Q filings. He advises clients on accounting and financial reporting matters, as well as business and industry issues. Brendan is a certified public accountant -Massachusetts, member of American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and Massachusetts Society of CPAs. He has a Bachelor of Science, finance and accounting, Boston College and Master of Science, accounting, Boston College. 


 Evan Masyr

Evan D. Masyr has been Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Salem Media Group since July 1, 2007. He began his career with Salem in February 2000 as the Controller. As CFO, Evan is responsible for the financial and accounting operations, investor relations, managing the capital structure and financial risk and controls. Since being at Salem, he has been involved in raising almost $2 billion in capital. During his career, Evan has implemented numerous programs aimed at improving efficiencies and reducing costs. Evan was awarded the CFO Leadership Award by the Los Angeles Times in 2024. He has been named one of the Best Finance Leaders by Radio & Television Business Report each year since 2019. Additionally, he was awarded as one of the CFO’s of the Year in 2010 and 2022 by the San Fernando Valley Business Journal. He was also honored by the Pacific Coast Business Times with their 40 Under 40 award in 2005 and by the San Fernando Business Journal with their 40 Under 40 award in 2009. Prior to joining Salem, Evan worked as a manager for the Transaction Services department of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP for almost seven years. Evan has been a Certified Public Accountant since 1995. He graduated magna cum laude from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, California in 1993 with a bachelor’s of science degree in business administration with a concentration in accounting. Evan serves on the Finance Committee and as an elder of his church. He is also the founder, President and Board Member of Adopt Hope, a 501(c)3 organization supporting families with adoption. Evan is also on the Board of Directors for CDF Capital. He has coached PONY baseball and AYSO soccer and taught accounting class at a local business college. Evan and his wife Christy have been married for more than 32 years and have four children.


Lambert Rome

With over 20 years of experience in accounting and financial management, Lambert Rome brings a strong background in both finance and information systems. He holds master’s degrees in Accounting and Information Systems and currently serves as Director of Accounting at Manship Media, where he has spent the past four years integrating financial expertise with media operations.

Before joining Manship Media, he was Corporate Treasurer for a construction company for 15 years, overseeing financial strategy and management. He also serves as Treasurer on the Board of Directors for the Better Business Bureau of South Central Louisiana and for WBRZ Cares, one of Manship Media’s independent nonprofit organization. A member of Media Financial Managers since 2022, he continues to advance best practices in financial leadership across industries.


Lori Tansley

Lori Tansley is SVP, Chief Accounting Officer of Ziff Davis (NASDAQ: ZD) a $1.4B digital media and internet services company. She is a global accounting and finance transformation expert. She has led global accounting organizations and digital transformation for high-profile companies, including Moody's, Affinion Group Ankura and General Electric. Lori started her career with PWC and is a CPA in NY. Lori is a certified Six Sigma expert and also trained in LEAN methodology. She is an active member of FEI, having served on the board of directors as well and a member of the FARR committee. Lori is a member of the AICPA.

Frank Albarella

Frank is the US Sector Leader for the firm’s Media & Telecommunications audit, tax and advisory practices and also leads KPMG’s New York Technology, Media & Telecommunications (TMT) hub. Based in KPMG’s Northeast business unit with over 30 years of experience, he has served as an Audit partner, SEC reviewing partner, or account executive on many of the firm’s largest media & telecom clients from various subsectors. Frank has authored several industry focused thought leadership publications and is actively involved with many industry associations. Frank has served on the Media Financial Management Association's board of directors since 2023.


 Stacy Alban

Stacy Alban is the Vice President of Technical Accounting of NBCUniversal responsible for overseeing company-wide technical accounting matters including the accounting for complex financing, mergers and acquisitions and other new and unusual transactions, as well as managing the processes and internal controls associated with the identification, documentation, communication, and implementation of new accounting standards. Prior to joining NBCUniversal, Stacy held the role of Director, Accounting Policy and Internal Controls at L3Harris Technologies. L3Harris is a technology company, defense contractor, and information technology services provider for government, defense, and commercial sectors. Stacy began her career at Deloitte performing audits of large-accelerated publicly traded companies in the manufacturing, consumer products, and technology sectors. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Rutgers University and is a Certified Public Accountant. Stacy has served on the Media Financial Management Association's board of directors since 2023.


Karin Bleiler

Karin Bleiler joined Comcast Technology Solutions in February 2025. She brings more than 15 years of experience across finance, operations, and accounting leadership roles. Prior to joining Comcast Technology Solutions, Karin served as Executive Vice President and General Manager at SymphonyAI Media. At SymphonyAI Media, Karin led the Revenue Solutions organization, overseeing the Revedia SaaS Onboarding, Customer Success, and Customer Support teams, as well as the Managed Services division. In this role, she was responsible for end‑to‑end linear and digital revenue management services, including data ingestion and normalization, agreement compliance, invoicing, collections, and financial reporting. Before SymphonyAI Media, Karin held senior leadership roles at MPEG LA, LLC, the world’s leading licensing administrator for high‑technology patent pools. There, she was responsible for managing financial and operational activities related to the collection and distribution of royalties. Karin holds both a bachelor’s degree and an MBA from the University of Colorado. She has served on the Media Financial Management Association Board of Directors since 2023.



Lisa L. Hakim, CPA

Lisa L. Hakim is a senior media and operations executive with deep experience in business planning, financial leadership, and operational oversight across major broadcast organizations. She currently serves as Vice President of Operations & Business Planning for WABC‑TV New York and LIVE with Kelly & Mark at The Walt Disney Company, where she provides executive leadership supporting complex, large‑scale media operations. Ms. Hakim brings more than three decades of experience in finance, operations, and administration within the media and entertainment industry. Prior to her current role, she held senior leadership positions at Paramount, including Director of Planning & Operations and Director of Finance & Accounting for WCBS‑TV and WLNY‑TV. Earlier in her career, Ms. Hakim also served in senior finance and administrative roles at Cumulus Broadcasting (formerly Citadel Broadcasting). Her professional background also includes earlier roles with The Walt Disney Company, where she held multiple leadership roles across radio and television operations, including Senior Director, Finance & Administration and Finance Director for ABC Radio and ABC Television Network entities. Ms. Hakim began her career in public accounting as a Senior Auditor at Coopers & Lybrand. Ms. Hakim is recognized for her expertise in operational governance, financial stewardship, and cross‑functional leadership, making her a valued contributor in board‑level and executive environments.


Virginia (Ginny) Hernandez

Virginia Hernandez (Ginny) joined Trilith Studios as Chief Financial Officer in March 2019. Ginny is responsible for the company’s financial functions to include strategy, risk management, accounting, financial planning and analysis, treasury, tax and business support. Her career spans varied experience in financial management, business leadership, due diligence, startup and corporate strategy. Prior to joining Trilith Studios, Ginny served as Director of Finance for Ontex, N.A., an international manufacturing company. Prior to that, she served as Controller for Brambles USA, Inc., a company that specializes in the pooling of unit-load equipment, pallets, crates and containers. She also has more than 10 years of experience in the media and entertainment arena while working at Latin America Pay Television Service and Turner Broadcasting Systems, Inc. A Certified Public Accountant licensed in the state of Georgia since 2008, Ginny holds an undergraduate degree from Lindenwood University and a Master of Business Administration degree from Mercer University. She has served on the Media Financial Management Association Board of Directors since 2023.
